Since 1994 LookOut Software has specialized in all aspects of software solution delivery which support the various aspects of business to business customer relationship management needs. Throughout the past two decades we have been at the vanguard of this exciting and usually challenging, unification of people, processes and technology. We have been working to deliver an array of services, including consulting, technical support, integration, customization, training and software development. Before moving in to software development, we operated as a system integrator/reseller for a variety of early CRM systems.
We have trained 1000’s of relationship managers in the sales, marketing and public relations fields and designed & developed numerous custom CRM software solutions. We gleaned tremendous knowledge from all of our client’s successes and challenges, ultimately folding them into our philosophy – and from there naturally into our relationship management solution designs.
