Since 1994 we have specialized in software database solutions that support the relationship management needs of businesses. Time sure does fly when you’re having fun!
Along the way names have changed and technologies have evolved (thankfully!) but the bottom line is the same as how we began all those years ago – “making technology useful for businesses”.
(Apple is doing a great job delivering usefulness for personal use but our focus is business and this playing field is still dominated by Microsoft products and platforms.) The current name for software to manage sales relationships is CRM – Customer Relationship Management. Although we find this name limiting in its scope, the acronym stuck with people around the globe. We prefer the term “Centralized Relationship Management” because it’s more inclusive and broader in scope for the many aspects of a business that CRM software can support. Luckily the acronym stays the same so as not to confuse!
Throughout the past two decades we have participated in the exciting (and often challenging) evolution of business and technology coming together. Like any union it has had its ups and downs and you could say we have learned a thing or two. The expression “the more things change --- the more they stay the same” sometimes best describes the situation.
We leverage Microsoft SharePoint as a platform for our software applications in order to eliminate the financial burden of the “per user” pricing model. We believe that everyone within an organization should have access to a centralized business system and short of this scenario is a compromise on results -- which is why our products are offered with unlimited user licensing (based on your having Microsoft licensing already in place).
