Challenges
Archer Realty needed a software package that would allow them to manage their clients, prospects, building owners, buildings, and the units within those buildings. They needed a client management software solution that is easy for their non-sales people to use. Their old off-the-shelf CRM software had limitations, and could not save all their data in one place. What’s even worse? Their sales people didn’t like using the old CRM software because it wasn’t as functional.

Results
Archer Realty has been using the new CRM system developed by LookOut Software for more than a year. The minor investment in a customized CRM solution has paid off as it has saved Archer Realty from having to hire another office assistant.
