How we came to know this – We have trained 1,000s of relationship managers in the sales, marketing, and public relations fields over the last 20 years. We have built over 25 relationship management software solutions, both custom and generic, for Fortune 500s and small, local companies. We gleaned knowledge from all of our client’s successes and challenges, and have folded those into our philosophy – and from there into our relationship management solution designs.

It’s everywhere, (over 100,000,000 installs); it’s free in many cases; it’s flexible; IT people love it because they understand how to make it work; our relationship management solution gets installed behind your firewalls, and your security infrastructure, but is still web based – accessible from any internet connected computer or mobile phone within your control. Its Microsoft’s “next big thing” as SharePoint is becoming the collaboration backbone for multitudes of organizations – large and small.

We work with a number of selected and trusted partners to extend your ability to manage your relationships with Mobile access, Enhanced Reporting, Business Intelligence Layers and automation options — adding the necessary value when you need it. We have also built our own plug and play solutions such as an Outlook Plug-In; Web Services Connector – (connecting to external data sources), and Data Importer.
We can help you define your sales process and data marketing campaigns. We can help you manage your documents and build out a personalized CRM Template, and provide custom solutions for your specific business processes – as and when you need it.
TCO – Total Cost of Ownership – any solution has both hard and soft numbers attached to it. The TCO of our SharePoint CRM solution is surprisingly low as you already have SharePoint installed. Your IT department already knows how to manipulate and configure SharePoint – we’ll teach them what they need to know about our solution. We do all of our support virtually, so no expensive consulting/support engagements, or any related travel bills. Your software assurance fees ensure you have all of our latest upgrades and features.
However the best, we saved for last. With the use of SharePoint, we supply a server based license – which gives you an unlimited number of users for our one time license fee
